Parents of preschoolers in particular seek out opportunities for their children and themselves to interact with peers in social situations centered on playful learning. Twirl is a safe and inspirational meeting place for this group of users to come together and use the playground and playroom, or to participate in our free classes. We currently offer two music classe, a ballet and theater class every week, as well as facilitated open play at Wonder Wednesdays. These programs are offered free to local and visiting children and families thanks to the generous support from individuals and foundations. Tuesday 11:00 am - 11:30 am  Theater Play with Ms. Amber

A new class led by Amber Vasquez comprising storytelling, puppetry and role-playing for 1-3 year old to promote creative & dramatic play.

Friday 10:15 am - 10:45 am  Family Music with Ivy

A class designed to bring the joy of music and movement to toddlers and their caregivers, while developing musical and social skills. Adult and child explore music through singing, focused listening, moving, playing simple percussion instruments and more... and it's a lot of fun!

Friday 11:00 am - 11:45 am  Pre-School Ballet

This class offers a gentle introduction to the world of dance for 3 – 6 year olds. Ballet, Flamenco, Belly Dancing, and other forms of dance will be touched on as children get the chance to try out different steps. Taught by the wonderful instructors from the Taos Youth Ballet Company.

Friday 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm  Baby Music with Ivy

A class for babies and their caregivers to enjoy and play with music and movement while developing social and musical skills. Adult and child explore music through singing and listening to rhythmic and melodic patterns. Sweet fun for babies and parents!
