Masks are our reality right now. Twirl and partners are taking that reality and exploring deeper into the rich creativity, history, culture and emotional significance of mask-making and wearing. We are creating an expansive view of the mask, adding depth and positivity to a polarizing, mysterious, confusing and sometimes scary subject that is pervasive in our lives today. It is an opportunity for a playful, inquisitive, inspiring experience beyond the mask to connect, uplift and inspire our community during these isolating times.
